Well don't we all wonder about those very aspects.  The main report did say it was 45 cal.  but a.45 cal.necklace ornament.  Surely it was a diecast miniature. Licking the window and staring?? Harmless but scary.  He was probably wondering where her motor bike seat was.  Wonderful reporting. ....NOT!!!
