Half naked rampaging foreigner tied up by Pattaya locals

Featured Replies

He'll get charged with riding in the back of the pick, while under the influence of alcohol as well.

Ya gotta love the self denial of Thais..... "May have been to Walking Street" and "why are foreigners so crazy"...... You'd easily think that Thais don't go to red light districts or do crazy things.

Never heard of a night on the tiles ?????????? :cheesy:

He must have heard that drinks were on the house

Sounds like he got some ya ba in his system. Surely the locals have seen what that can do to a man. Or woman.

Isn't Songkran fun.   TAT must be so proud.

A clown who cannot hold his liquor doesn't need Songkran as an excuse.

I don't understand why he had to be tied up just because he was making an incoherrant noise. Does this give me free licence to do the same to Thais when they start shouting incohhearantly? Disturbs me that Thais can tie and bound a foreigner at will when they feel the need to. Sounds like he was set upon like a pack of Soi dogs. Surely this is simply unnaceptable in any normal civilised country?.... oh wait a minute.

Fair question actually?

Oh Pattaya! Stay classy and never change! :clap2:

Funny how this Thai woman made that comment on the same day that a Thai man was found walking along the electric wires suspended above the street. I suppose she considers that is normal behaviour for a Thai though. Only farang ting tong.

Yes,been there done that -------- but I have always got home by following the road---- how on earth do you find your way home crossing roofs ???

" He may have gotten lost, trying to find his way home".

By going over rooftops? If I get lost, I prefer streets to find my way back home.
Cheers.

Never heard of navigating by stars

So many guests in the country losing their minds!

Then considering all the western media nonsense!

And we wonder why so many citizens hate us?

Got to Love Thailand  and it once was the loud mouth Aussies now its the Brits

But  Do They really know no I D and no Speak could be a wet Back from Mexico

Foreigner trying to act like Thais, but it's sooo difficult

Maybe the roof runner had just found out his stunner for the night had a few hidden extras.

Another classy British tourist ......

I find your comment demeaning and insulting. Us Brits are usually fully dressed when we go on drunken rampages and decide to terrorise the locals.

What I can't figure out is why throwing water on his head after trussing him up was expected to have a calming influence :shock1:

cops ran outta ice.

I am impressed by the knot tying skills of the locals in that area, possibly a few cowboys or boy scouts amongst them.

I think they probably got the idea from a training Western for bad actors like Lee Marvin..

Decades ago I lived in London for my work.  Wonderful,

polite, well mannered, educated people.  Never met

anyone I didn't enjoy dining or having a drink with....now

I know why, seems the trash was exported to Thailand
