Hotel Recommendation

Featured Replies

Flying into Utapao Airport, plan is to taxi to downtown region of Ban Chang, find a hotel for wife and baby. Need to rent a car. Looking for a hotel that's decent for family, stores nearby and a car rental in vicinity. Was looking at soi 25 region but all I see are bars advertised, no hotels. Anyway.......any ideas are appreciated.

The Royal palace Ban Chang fits the bill. Nothing special but it's in the right place.

thank, will check it out.

The Grand Garden hotel probably about the best for families but quite often fully booked, about 500m down the road from the hotel is a small bar named Robin Hood go in there and ask for Noon or Les for renting a car.  http://www.grandgardenhotelrayong.com/home2/

Utapao has 3 car rentals, got a car from Avis and was able to drive around for hotel.
