Recommend me a hotel

Featured Replies

Hello!

I'm coming to Hua Hin on July 1.  Please recommend a hotel to me, under 700 baht a night.

Also any tips on the best way to travel to HH from BKK are much appreciated.

Cheers!

Thanks!

Do you have any links to the van service.

Also any links to a bus service as a backup?

Take care.

no links...if you enter the Bang Chak oil station...near the back is the van waiting area under canopy.

The bus would likely leave from southern Terminal: http://www.train36.com/southern-bus-terminal-bangkok.html

I usually take the van from across the street from Central Rama II. I think it's 180 baht. Taking it from here beats all the Bangkok city traffic.

Just curious. How do you avoid all the Bangkok traffic getting to Central Rama II?

I live in Thonburi. works for me

With the greatest  sincerity I advise you to avoid any van service.   They by and large are truly an accident waiting to happen.

My Thai friend recommended I rent a car.  There is no way in hell I'm renting a car and navigating out of BKK and to Hua Hin.

Use google maps on your phone and you will be fine, driven a few times and i have no idea where i'm actually going.
