Sorry, Ram bits are used to bore out pvc pipe to put on another fitting.

Apparently they are used to drill out the glued stub on a PVC pipe from a fitting so the fitting can be reused. I think one would have to do a lot of jobs to justify the effort of finding one.

Or, you're pipes are concreted in with not much room for a major refit and the easiest way would be to use the existing pipes with new fittings.
