Installed sintered copper clutch shoes on the shopping bike.

I used Lazada ones not Yuminashi. Copper is one step below carbon as I don't race.????

Took an hour ride... Does anyone have experience with thumb or hand numbness... Besides all the exercises and different hand position, and suggestions?

Could be a 26 things according to Google. ????

Look it up.

For me sometimes I find I am gripping too tight.

Another was my wrong suspension set up.

Usually once a day use those gripper exercise things mostly to keep my grip strong for the clutch lever.

Sorry to hear.

I've got Termignoni's and ride without them in, it's a little loud but love the sound.

I've read my DB killers can only be bought from Termignoni factory.

Very expensive.

Oh no worries the Locktite on the holding screw must have worked loose.

I've ordered another aftermarket Chinese one and a better size this time at 140 baht + 36 baht postage.

Db Yoshi box ones for mine are about 1,500 and about 1,500 in postage charges.

The box is too noisy without one I can't hear google GPS.

Wow, that must have a nice sound.

My first road bike was a CB500, 4cyl, '73 I think, with Yoshi pipe (no baffles), 4 into 1's.

Great sound ????

Mine is a CBR900RR and I have thrown out a lot of unnecessary stuff not needed as it was supposed to go to crazy California but ended up in Thailand Koh Samui instead.

I used to rent same bike on beach road 20 years ago.

Bloody nice bike.

Back then there were no noise restrictions.

I used to be a proper annoying foreigner racing around Pattaya on a very loud Superbike. ????️

I still enjoy riding the older bikes, just got to be more careful, breaking distance and handling. Also be prepared for the occasional tank slap, if you're not experienced these can be lethal.

Burapa bike week is back on here Chaiyapreuk, Pattaya, February, I can't wait. It's only a 10 minute ride from my house, I go 2 or 3 times a day, can't get enough.

You see alot of these older bikes at the show.

I'm in heaven, brings back so many memories.

2014  Lifan-200 X-pect.  18.5Kkm.

Bike running > than new.

Noticed that the oi in the sight-tube was getting dark.

Can't remember last change

as paper label got blasted off

by over-exuberant car-wash dude.

So had shop put my liter of Amsoil [~300b] in her.

Lubed chain, 4 pegs, and side-stand.

Labor 40b; tip 100.

The oil drained out didn't look too bad, but ...

Gik take care papa long time.

I like my bike it has nothing more on it than what a bike really needs.

I'm in control I like that.

Braking distance and handling are as good as any bike of today in experienced hands.

This is my second Blade they never tank slap if they are set up right they shake there head a little bit under hard exceleration over 7000 revs that's because the front wheel is going light it's nothing to worry about and you don't always need to ride like that, they go around corners on rails.

Yes, agree.

Your bike is not that old, very advanced, these bikes were very powerful, great stability and braking.

I was referring to the older CB's and Z's.

I went for a ride on an old Z900 recently, lots and lots of fun but just the issues I mentioned earlier.

My old CB500 would be a death trap, single front disk, drum rear, regular tank slaps at high speed etc.

This post brings back a lot of memories, I remember a couple of mates of mine had the 750cc (triple) two stroke.

I'm lucky that they weren't renting them on beach road in the late 90's, I'd be dead. ????

Yeah some older 4 stroke bikes were fun never been a 2 stoke fan though.

Ridden most any bike from 60's onwards.

The Panther was my first bike borrowed and rode many others BSA, Ariel, Norton, Velocett and Triumphs were what I owned until to my father's horror I came home with the best bike of the time the first Superbike Honda's CB750.

That bike made me criticle of any other bike around at the time there was nothing like it.

’16 KTM Duke 200

Before covid, had the brainstorm to
replace the flimsy stock engine fairing
with an aluminum bash-plate
bought online, not expensive.
Had a good mech do the mod/mount.
Required some engineering & machining.
But became disenchanted.
Looked weird;
prolly less aerodynamic;
cracked mounts.
So yesty took stock parts to a local shop
to have it returned to original config.
Took some doing.
Welding of broken bracket,  &c.
papa provided new Amsoil, and air & oil filters.
Oil chain, check air f/r.
B300 baht labor.
B200 tip.
'Ready to Race.
’///
Anybody need a never-been-bashed bash-plate,
DM.
Otherwise will give to Thai lady to recycle.

The physiology:

1. Numbness means: cannot feel anything.

2. the sensation you referent to is 'paresthesia',

    characterized by pain & tingling.

3. Often caused by blood engorgement of the muscles in forearm,

   squashing nerves.

4. Impingement in the carpal tunnel sometimes.

Raise the bars & aft.

Prolly help some.
