Short Time: Dream or Dilemma?
Short time is one of the greatest ideas in the history of mankind and works on so many levels, for so many men. Granted, if you do want that emotional connection then a relationship is probably the answer. It also has to do with your financial status, I think it's safe to say that any relationship here in Thailand is going to cost upwards of $1,000 a month, if you take into account all the expenses associated with having a woman, taking care of that woman, health, cosmetics, food, clothes, travel, etc. etc. So, only guys with extra pocket change can even consider it. I know a lot of guys who have limited budgets and they find that short time works really well for them, even though they do hunger for some kind of connection from time to time. I also know guys who have very fulfilling relationships but they've been with the same woman for a long time, and at a certain point in time the sex gets pretty dull, so they still engage in very discreet short time, and it seems to be a pretty ideal formula for the right guy. It doesn't work for guys that are hampered by unnecessary emotions like guilt. -

Why do so many Thai prostitutes marry their customers?
Why do they not end up in marraige with customers from other race or countries (I am talking in general, there could be exceptions) like Africans, Arabs, Chinese, Indians, Etc.? Why the fatal attraction between elderly white men and Thai women from the lower economic strata? -

Pennsylvania Dems efforts to maintain Senate Seat:They do it right in the open!
Washington Post editorial board blasts Pennsylvania Democrats in scathing piece about recount efforts. The paper Called PA actions corrosive to democracy . State rules dictate that provisional ballots must be signed in two places and that mail-in votes must include correct dates. Democrats in some counties have voted in favor of counting ballots that were deemed invalid, which contradicts a ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. https://www.foxnews.com/media/washington-post-editorial-board-blasts-pennsylvania-democrats-scathing-piece-recount-efforts -

Thailand Considers Law Revisions to Attract Foreign Real Estate Investment
It's simple really, you sell the house during a year of non residency in Thailand, then there is never any liability in Thailand when the resulting funds are remitted. If however you make the mistake of residing in Thailand in the year you sell the house in Australia then yes, they will want to tax you on the capital gains even if it's zero rated back home - so keep to less than 180 days during and years of 'big profit' and you're good. -

How much do you pay for health insurance?
I found with Cigna and later BCBS, do not try to pre-approve or any of that. Go to Bumrungrad or BKK, pay cash, and make sure you get the itemized bill and medical certificate. Scan, submit and wait. If it gets rejected, resubmit.
