they did this to show recognition for the great team I support :D

:o

It's positive discrimination to help those less fortunate than others. Being an Arsenal fan comes under a number of definitions. :D

Yes...I agree. There isnt much discussion is there!

a winning start for Arsenal :o

2 nil against FC Twente

and 1 nil against West Brom

yes I realise given who we played it wasnt an exceptional game...but Im sure things will pick up and the team will gain strength as we go into following weeks :D

Looks very much like the same problems remain at Arenal. Lot's of nice approiach play, but lack of a cutting edge.

Transfer deadline extended - more time For Berbatov, Barry and the rest

The Premier League has confirmed the first transfer deadline of the season has been extended until 1 September.

The window is scheduled to close 24 hours earlier but, following normal league guidelines, it has been put back because August 31 falls on a Sunday.

The move has been agreed between the Premier League, Football League and Football Association.

Once the deadline passes, teams will then have to wait until January 2009 to sign players from other clubs.

Just seen some of Arsenal's game at Fulham.

Whats' up with them?

They played as if they were in a practice match with little passion.

Come on gunners, you are meant to be the most attractive team in England, so start playing like that!

yeh

imagine me watching it at 3am to 5am

we really need some new players..but even with new players it wont help much at this time. will take too much time for them to fit into the squad.....

Arsene shouldnt have let some players go. this is as critical as I will get about my team :o

now gooner the gooner.....you look awfully familiar!! that logo is taken outside the emirates stadium....looks exactly like the one I took with my camera. you didnt steal it off my site did you?? hmmmmm

Admit it Mig, you now have two ID's, you want to increase the traffic on the Arsenal thread and make it look popular. :D

Adebayor missed a ton of chances again last night. Those sort of misses might prove costly again this season when you are involved in closer more competative matches. Newcastle to be honest were woeful, but Arsenals passing and movement was excellent.

pauls :D:D

ello you :D

am I glad to see you 'ere :D

and yes, totally agree......they continue to be the best team, with all the ups and some downs, despite no trophies...for a team with such young players, and new faces coming through all the time.....(which is of course not always the best that the team doesnt get to build), but given all of that...great performance :D

woohoo to the Gooners :(

<<totally ignores the immediate above post>> :o
