A Thai wife and landlady thought it would be a good idea to rent a house to her estranged husband.

It was not the wisest decision that Tharaporn, 36, had ever made.

Her good for nothing ex came up with only half the 4,000 baht rent then started paying her just 400 baht.

She asked the police to help her break in but they said they couldn't do that so she went through a lawyer and the courts.

What she found at her now deserted property was a total mess.

Rubbish was strewn everywhere and fittings were smashed and broken.

There were even used condoms all over the place.

She went on social media and Sanook followed up on the story taking many pictures of the trash both upstairs and downstairs at the house in Ayuthaya.

There was one grain of comfort for the wife: she sold all that her husband had left behind and got 1,000 baht for it.

Maybe you could help, including just 1 second work from him.

Looks like any old regular pile of junk left behind by low life losers. But, what's up with the used tire? That one is a mystery to me.

Why not, used tyres can end up anywhere.

Many end up being used on the Farm pickup trucks.

A tyre here with about 2mm of tread over 50% surface area is worth about 500 Baht when sold on.

She knew what sort of man he was and that's why he was an 'Ex'.    She also most likely knew that his family lived like this on a daily basis and he grew up with this 'normal' behaviour.    As i cycle through the Villages around us i see worse sights than this on a daily basis; it's how many of them live and 'getting married' (in other words a Village piss up) is not going to change a man like that !
