The Scottish band Marmalades with their '69 hit single, Reflections Of My Life.  The world is a good place, though.

good Nashville boys...I almost went to the same high school as Phil but I had a pack of Camels in my shirt pocket and they decided that I was a disrespectful scruff and sent me on my way...ended up at Hillsboro instead...along with the usual trouble...

Funkadelic with Free Your Mind... And Your Ass Will Follow, the title track of the '70 album of same name.

Here's a few songs dedicated to bannork.

Quicksilver Messenger Service with Fire Brothers off of their '71 Quicksilver LP.

And here's a two-fer for ya, bannork . . .

Scarlet Begonias & Fire On The Mountain performed live by Grateful Dead on 17 May, '77 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Bonus tracks . . .

The closely related band New Riders Of The Purple Sage with I Don't Know You from their '71 self-titled debut.

And Louisiana Lady off of the same album.

If yer farm has a small patch of hemp, bannork, playin' these tunes will do wonders for 'em.  Might take over all the other growth, though.

Tippers, thanks for those tracks. Loved the NPRS version of the Dead classic.

Yeah, so many forgotten tunes.  That was a brilliant version by them.

Another forgotten tune from another forgotten band, Grinderswitch.  Pickin' The Blues off of their '75 Macon Tracks.  Some of us are still around to remember, dig 'em back up, and enjoy.

Another forgotten band, Grinder's Switch with Garland Jeffreys, which is not to be confused with the band above, Grinderswitch.

Dear Jolly Jack off of their '70 eponymous debut.

More great music from the dustbin.  Darondo, from the San Fran Bay area, with The Wolf from his '70 Listen To My Song - The Music City Sessions LP.  Who plays this stuff anymore?

Question Mark, another excellent tune off of the same LP.  Unique vocals on this song.
