The video is on MUTV app which shows every way you want and I see Uefa have explained the reasoning behind awarding Manchester United a controversial penalty during their Champions League victory over Paris Saint-Germain this week.

What, you think uefa is going to come out with an explanation they were wrong if when they were. Get real.

I'm still waiting for spidey to quote "most people" who think its a penalty.

A bluenose questioning a UTD penalty when sterling trips over his own feet for one lol

Too bloody right ???? do you remember a few years ago when it seemed at home like they got a penalty every week ????.

And we get one the whole world wants to debate ours and make out we did not deserve one.

The ABUs can whinge and moan all they like. The more they grizzle and howl, all the better -- with Ole and his coaches and this squad (which will improve in summer), there's going to be a lot for them to whine and cry about in future, so this is good practice for them. Come on, keep it up!

1. It was the right call. Kimpembe was 6-7m away when Dalot shot, which is not close. As Dalot shapes to kick, Kimpembe is facing him: he can see what is about to happen. He is running in from the side. He accelerates and jumps across the line of the ball. Then he starts to turn his back but also turns his head to watch the ball over his shoulder, and his right arm starts to come away from his body. So, it was avoidable: he could have run into the line of the ball, still facing Dalot, put his arms behind his back and tried to block  with his head or body. Instead, he chose to jump across in a way that meant there was a distinct, predictable risk of the ball hitting his arm.

2. We'd have scored from the corner, anyway.

3. The review caused a delay of 3m 9s. Yet 6m 9s were added to the 3m of injury time already called. Very generous!

I thought, wow, some serious assessment going on here, but let down by the schoolboy comment  i underlined

I think a lot of people have been DOUBTING, not questioning, including plenty of biased ex-manU players (rio..hargreaves..owen..).

You don't seriously  call City fans bluenoses do you :cheesy:

I'm only interested in debating decisions which are questionable like your penalty, Kane's penalty  last week, etc. Both were not  penalties but were given, scored and wrongly changed the result.

Shows a clip inside the studio of Rio I think Liniker and Hargreaves all going mental but Owen just sat there arms folded emotionless.

Just read your post, I read it wrong.

Answer to your post I think he was trying to be impartial playing up to Liverpool fans, ones I know hate him as much as us lot do.

Jose Mourinho has praised Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for Manchester United's 'incredible' result against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.

It's not much more that stating the bleeding obvious to say "So for me, [Erik] ten Hag from Ajax and Solskjaer from Manchester United. Incredible results, so credit to them."

It's hardly a "Fair play to Olé - I tried my best and couldn't get the best out of this squad but Olé has succeeded where I failed" or something to that effect. Now in that case I would be first to applaud his honesty. But a narcissist like Mourinho would be incapable of being that honest or even believing he failed in any way. He said the bare minimum and found a way to dilute the compliment by including the Ajax result in the sentence.

We are a far better, stronger and happier club without that man.

Gareth Bale 'buys house in Manchester and agrees Man Utd terms' - and more transfer rumours

Gareth Bale has reportedly bought a house in Manchester and agreed personal terms with Manchester United ahead of a potential transfer this summer

Don Balon claim Bale has agreed terms with United, and wants Real Madrid to accept the €80m (£68m) United are willing to offer.

But the report says Real will not entertain a bid below €120m (£103m), and Bale is said to have threatened to sit out his contract if a move is not allowed.

When Mourinho joined after the Dutch man they were all pretty happy to have a 'proven' winner at the helm. Mourinho has taken all the blame while certain players (i.e. Pogba) are now viewed as blameless. Takes two to tango i believe.

In the end he was trying to work his ticket he started his antic's while on pre season tour I think

I'm with RedNev on this.

Preseason Mourinho wanted to buy certain players (centre backs). The club chose not to back him. That was the start.

Mourinho then wanted to impose his will, his way, on certain players (Martial, Pogba); the club chose not to back him.

Just imagine for a moment that it happened to Fergie (and not Mourinho), it'd be a very rocky road which might leave to a departure.

Not backed, Mourinho was undermined and on his way out at some point. But selective memories now just blame the evil wicked  pantomime  villain Mourinho for everything.  With some decent  senior management  above him it didn't  need to end that way.

Anyway you've got your new messiah.

You might be right... Are you sure it's him?

Yeah he has the blue tick, which means legit

Well he's a bit of a character, and probably good to have a coach that is in tune with the social media generation, rather than alienating the players.

His posts might be a little cringey, but I don't think that they are controversial.
