Mobile Phones Starting To Hate True

Featured Replies

I have had a true program since I got here3 but am finding that even in Bangkok the service is spotty and restricted to just where they have hotspots.  I have unlimited wifi but find that I am continuously using either my home internet or trying to attach t hotels or another area because of lack of coverage.

Is this the same for all packages or is TRUE THAT BAD.

Can someone tell me how the service is with IS WITH ais for instance in bkk. What pisses me off is I see others using their phones and I have no service.

This doesn't make sense at all. Are you suggesting that TrueMove H mobile signal only works where they have WiFi HotSpots?

What "true program" do you have?

What are your expectations?

Complete WiFi coverage of Bangkok Metro area?

All I can help with is this AIS WiFi hotspot map.

Of course it is also "spotty". (Public) WiFi does not reach out to all areas.

Different from mobile (internet) coverage (what the companies sell first hand).

What I understand see post above.

WiFi all over?

Sounds unreal to me.

Complaining about other people having mobile Internet coverage when holding only a WiFi HotSpot plan?

True always seem to be moaned about. We have had their TV, WiFi and mobile package for years and never had any issues with it (apart from the bloody rain cutting out their TV broadcasts).

Moaning about WIFI coverage is crazy, its not supposed to cover it all. Otherwise everyone would have a WIFI package. You should just get a normal package its a bit more expensive but then you do have coverage.

Complaining about WIFI coverage is crazy IMHO as its not supposed to cover everything its a low cheap option.
