But, in Trump's case, it truly is abysmal, given his overwhelmingly immoral and probably illegal behavior. Carter was a good leader or had the potential to be one but if you do some digging you will see the Fed ousted him by increasing the interest rate... he did not play by their rules. Now similar is being tried with Trump... why are they so afraid of Trump? Because he is rattling the cage, shaking the tree... he is a loose cannon in a land of secrets and corruption... too dangerous for the insiders. 2
Popular Post thaibeachlovers
Lots of "could's" and "may be's", so situation normal then. The Trump opponents will play it up till it comes to nothing and then move onto the next "thing" that is sure to get Trump, "this time". I haven't been keeping track of the number of times that Trump was "going down", but it must be over a hundred by now. 3

Not only does he break the trust a lawyer is supposed to have with his client he sells information and contact to anyone willing to fork out the money in secret while working for his client. Now the rat weasel is in great probability spinning countless lies to save his sorry ass. Almost like a guy who says he has been saved by religion this little weasel tells us he made a mistake working for Trump while he quietly pulled in millions lol. Funny how Donald "I know and hire only the best people" Trump had a rat weasel working for him for so long.

Once on Federal crimes and once on State crimes. 2
Popular Post KMartinHandyman
I see no legitimacy in partisan special councils, partisan congressional and senate committees, partisan doj’s, fbi, handpicked grand juries, stacked supreme courts and courts of appeals. In my opinion the closest thing to justice in matters of guilt and innocence comes from a trial in front of a jury of ones piers. Until Trump goes to trial it’s all partisan noise to me. 2016 proved both parties suck as an outsider was able to ascend to the whitehouse. They should both be repentant and address their decades of failure but instead they’re focusing on trump swiping the nuclear football from under their noses. Politicians are all lying scum on some level in my opinion and maybe they’re just upset they came up against a better lying scum and can’t get over it. 2
Popular Post dunroaming
Apart from the legal implications all this just confirms what we knew already. Trump is a cheat, a liar, a racist and a conman. A piece of scum that conned his way into the White House. 3

A traditional Republican exhibiting those values would not deny and object when Nixon was prosecuted, and a traditional Democrat should not have objected when Clinton was prosecuted in impeachment but found innocent. But these new "Republicans," these Trump fans, I don't think share that same sense of decency. Terms like "core values" are political buzzwords. That being said, I think Nixon committed impeachable offenses. I think Clinton committed an impeachable offense. I dont think that Trump has. 3

To be precise, Nixon committed an impeachable offense which would have resulted in conviction. Clinton was "indicted" or impeached but was acquitted or found not guilty. It remains to be seen yet about Trump, but boy are there a lot of smoking guns out there. 2 2

Popular Post mtls2005
Impeachment represents a "politcal" risk, not a legal one per se. Cohen's testimony seems to have provided at least several criminal investigative paths for prosecutors and investigators: Taxes, Insurance Fraud, Fraud, RICO, money laundering, conspiracy. At a minimum, Individual-1 is an unindicted co-conspirator, but he's not a witch. But we're told that this President is above the law, so not much legal risk for him until end-January 2021? DJTJ, Eric, Ivanka and Jared may be in the soup. 2
