TM30 Required Still ?
@asiacurious I returned to desk 10 of Jomthien Immigration, the TM30 desk, and pointed out the latest entry used the same visa and same address. The only difference was that I had been in and out. And therefore a fine was not appropriate. Their clarification was that the fine was correct because the "visa" (Did they mean visa, permission to stay or extension of permission to stay or, in fact, all 3!) was not issued by Chonburi Immigration. If it had been, then there is no requirement to report each entry. In my case :- My DTV was issued by the MFA (London Embassy) My permission to stay was granted by Bangkok Immigration (Suwannaphum Airport) and I have not extended that permission to stay. So, Jomthien Immigration's take is the fine stands and every "visa" not issued by them requires a TM30 for each and every entry. -

EU Russia threatens UK with nuclear annihilation in unhinged WW3 rant
Well, as a high profile example, they spent billions building a gas pipeline direct to Germany so they wouldnt get screwed by Ukraine and its Western loony backers... That didn't go so well when Biden the spastic ordered it blew up. You can hate on them. You are told to. But the truth is they are not the boogyman... The US and its Zionist rulers are all that's evil in this world. -

UK Home Office Warns Asylum Seekers: Move or Lose Support as Hotel Costs Soar
Solutions. If the armed forces and the police were still loyal they could be commanded to round up all asylum seekers, illegal entrants etc , and their families, and place them in tented accommodation in deserted locations, secured by a permanent armed guard. There they should stay while their cases are being legally processed. Alternatively locate an overseas country ,eg Rwanda, which would accommodate them pending their applications to stay in the UK being processed. Problems. The questionable loyalty of the police who would be ordered to assist and less, but similar, concerns, about the degree of commitment of certain members of high command in the armed forces. As Labour, childishly, rejected the Rwsnda plan on day one of its' tenure, other potential countries for the placement of applicants pending their processing need to.be located. -

UK Paul Gallagher, Brother of Oasis Stars, Charged with Rape and Assault
File photo Paul Gallagher, 59, brother of Oasis legends Liam and Noel, faces severe charges, including rape. The Metropolitan Police have confirmed multiple counts, such as assault occasioning actual bodily harm, three counts of sexual assault, intentional strangulation, coercive and controlling behaviour, and two counts of making threats to kill. These charges follow allegations from incidents reported between 2022 and 2024. The police investigation commenced in 2024, and the alleged victim is receiving support from specially trained officers. Paul Gallagher, unrelated to the music scene unlike his famous siblings, will appear in Westminster Magistrates' Court on 27 August. He has yet to provide a public statement on these charges. Growing up in Burnage, Manchester, Paul is a year older than Noel and seven years senior to Liam. Despite the family connection, he has remained apart from the band's activities. Oasis is currently enjoying a successful reunion tour, dazzling audiences in Cardiff, Manchester, and London, with more dates set in Edinburgh and Dublin before taking their tour across North America. These legal proceedings cast a shadow amid the band's triumphant return to the stage. Observers await how this situation might unfold, considering the high-profile nature of those involved. As the court date approaches, the spotlight rests firmly on Paul as these serious allegations are addressed. Adapted by ASEAN Now from BBC 2025-07-29
