fanseries is OK for some TV shows, decent western TV selection. Often stream from Chrome (PC/Browser) directly to TV. Not sure it's much north of 480 though.

There are a number of sites that offer English films with Thai subs, in the past they used to be downloadable but not anymore - at least with the different browsers i have tried.

They can also be incredibly slow especially around pm onwards.

Most of them are bombing you with ads so be careful not to click in the wrong place.
