Problems to book on VietJet Air website

Featured Replies

I've booked several times before (using Google Chrome), on the VietJet Air site for the flights I want (Chiang Mai to HCMC and return). Upcoming second week in October 2019.

The site accepts the departure / destination names but when I type in dates I get a response of:  NaN NaN Nan.

I called VietJet air in Bangkok, they say nothing wrong with their site.

Any suggestion of what I might be doing wrong much appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried changing browsers ? Try Edge as a possible

If the website has a Thai and English language setting be sure to select English otherwise you can get errors in date field like the OP described.

You may be using the Thai language webpage, Google translate is doing a pretty good translation to English but the website is still expecting your to enter Thai language dates but you enter English language date and it causes an error.

My Krungsri ibanking is this way for some of their webpages when I entered dates to do a retrieval.  I then click the English language selection, re-enter the date, and it works fine then.

Thanks I'll note that or next time.

I did get a confirmed / paid booking (400Baht cheaper) by using booking.com but I had to keep changing the language, I guess that jels with your comments.

Thanks again.

I twice had a problem as it did not accept a Visa debit card. Other all other times ok.
