Tropicalevo
Riding around the top end of the island I have noticed a fair number of trucks with squads of workers 'tidying up'. Then I remembered an article that I read about the PM and the oath the other day. "He will also not be available on Sept 13 as he is scheduled to preside over the Samui Festival on Koh Samui in Surat Thani province" So, on the 13th we can expect delays and convoys of mini vans on the island.

Security fir the PM started weeks ago. What i find aggravating about any clean up for dignitaries is that they get totally the wrong impression of what the island is like. I had runny eyes all last week and the doctor pointed out it is probably due to the extra burning of plastics etc that has accompanied this clean up.
