There was an official investigation. Nothing prevents (or has prevented) the DOJ from launching an investigation against Biden in the USA, following the established legal procedure, and then from asking Ukraine to cooperate.

Did the Democrats lock this letter into a safe reserved for highly classified information in order to keep the public in the dark about it?

US Government forms have an OMB number, typically.  I wonder if the whistleblower form has one.  There is no way they could have put through changes without getting OMB approval.  Once this comes to light, the Democratic Coup against a President of the United States of America will be clear to more voters.

Looks like more out of the ordinary changes other than the acceptance of 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th hand knowledge were made by a Federal Agency.  And coincidentally it's another change that helps facilitate the whistle blower complaint.

 

As of today there still has not been any explanation as to why the whistle blower complaint form was changed.  Why?  They obviously changed the policy because they had a reason to do so.  All the agency needs to do is to make public that reason.  Putting off a disclosure may mean they don't want that reason to become public.
