Why Is Everyone So Nice?

Featured Replies

Why are people so cute and cuddly and so "your so nice" like little wabbits that run into the sunset...watership down syndrome thats what i think...I used to work on a UK chat forum before and they were all WB x cyax and all that <deleted>...why do people all go on like that.

Yes ok be nice and welcoming, but have some dignity if you believe in something voice your opinions...if you get banned so <deleted> at least you can sleep at night knowing you are strong in character...

Anyways it is a bit dull in here lately, like a hangover you never get used to it...

Enjoy :o

"why are people so nice?"

In here.....

Vallium or alcohol are bound to play a part somewhere :o

Joke.

In bedlam it isn't that hard to nail down the reason. There is a minimum requirement to be here, only the hardiest of trolls will ever get to that target, so everyone quite naturally assumes that they are responding to a real person not just the screen, also you will have had some interaction with other members prior to gaining access or at least read older posts, in some cases met in real life.

Eric... the big guy... do I know him? ...... no ..... but I like him from the attitude of his past writings .... does he know me? ...... no...... if one day he decides to make a quip in my direction. That is what I will take it as, a quip, nothing more.

So it should be..... long may it continue :D

I cried when watching Water Shipdown.. But i laughed during The Omen.. Am i evil ??

I cried the first time I saw "Bambi" .... but I was only 5 years old.

Now I will quite happily tuck into a nice piece of venison ..... well, I would if I could get any.

Rabbit is also quite nice, with a sprinkling of lemon juice .... but I would never dream of squirting anything over Kayo.... I have my limits :o

Horses for courses Lop, serious with the serious, and silly with the silly ..... it's the defining factor of this sub-forum.

I would like to think that I do have a strong character, but I like to play as well. If the subject material concentrates on a serious issue I will concentrate on that.... if it is a frivolous topic I can go wibbly wobbly woo with the best of them.

Now, what was your point?

If ever you are in Chiang Mai Thaddeus call in to this joint as they have very tasty venison steaks..

http://www.banraisteakhouse.com/eng-index.html Bambi tastes good.

41 years later, you just made me cry again ...... I'll now go to sleep dreaming of a little fawn that can't stand up on ice, with a knife and fork in the background.

I'll probably wake up with indigestion, and no pillow :o:D

(P.S. don't mention Thumper.... someone may get upset :D )

Wibbly Wobbly Woooooooo!!!

[sorry, couldn't resist.... :o]

What exactly couldn't you resist???

Well, everything's back to abnormal and running in zigzag formations again in Beddies, I see.

I cried when watching Water Shipdown.. But i laughed during The Omen.. Am i evil ??

No, you're normal. Watership Down is very weepworthy. The book's better, though. The Omen is a really bad film, the acting is cr@p!! I laugh at it too, if I can ever bear to watch it. Cringeworthy!

The Oman? Is that the one with Pegory Geck and Remy Martin? Was it a comedy? I sh1t myself whan I saw it, but I wasn't laughing!

Omen, Suegha. Well, at least he didn't do a 360 revolution with his head. BTW, everyone, Linda Blair (Exorcist kid actress) was in town a few months ago to make a flick. A friend worked on the set and all the crew were told "do not ask, mention or talk about the Exorcist with Miss Blair." Twilight zone, baby.

Apparently, it is the same deal with Sigourney Weaver (of Aliens fame) when people question her about her appearance in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". She doesn't like to admit she was in it at all.

In the meantime. Not everyone is so nice here in Bedlam. For example, Kayo has to keep changing addresses every time a strange, unmarked, ticking package shows up on his door, courtesy of another member :o

Glauka almost got "rogered" with the business end :D of a pineapple (good thing she was on a different continent at the time) ! I do believe we've had threats to Kill Klowns, Exterminate Elephants (even those wearing glasses), Roast Rabbits and Dine on Ducks. Don't think anyone has suggested Teriyaki Tiger though..........yet......... :D

So it's not all Hugs & Kisses here in Bedlam (though I'm sure there have been threats of that too !).

So let-tuce see “Bukhara Inshallah” “kerryd”, we may have the answer to our payers, TLW © will come back. :D

Yours truly, :bah:

TLW © :D

P.S. and if you do not get it yet “The message is in the Bottle” :D

Maybe Bedlam should be renamed.

House of Sweet Sticky Gooey Drivel. Or summat.

Right, and the klown, the wabbit and the Chang are all me, so I guess I get 3/4 death threats.

And I'm still Ticking, if you know what I mean, so Mr Loppy, no more funny comments about wabbits from you or I'll eat you for breakfast, you, you, ... you.... fat, skinny, tall short thing with arms and legs....

Hug's & Kisses,

Wabbit! :D

Of course it's nice here in Bedlam we are all kissy wissy, group hugs, high fives, low fives, pinkies sort of people.

Careful with that axe Eugene. :o

ps> preventative disclaimer to the mods!

I DID try to find something by Pink Floyd in Thailand, to keep it on thai related course, but I got bored of trawling through all the pink floyd vids on U/T.

Not to mentione all the SH!TE cover bands out there who name their videos "Pink Floyd live".

Unhappy bunny.
