Drivers be warned – sinkhole in Sattahip

 

SATTAHIP:-- Commuters are being warned to take care when traveling at Km 163 on Sukhumvit Road from Sattahip to Pattaya at the U-turn in front of Nong Nooch Garden, especially when driving at night.

There is a large sinkhole, 3 meters wide and 1 meter deep on the shoulder.

The hole appeared after a heavy rainstorm and has yet to be repaired, although it is marked with traffic cones.
Commuters are asking for it to be fixed urgently.

I have always learned that when driving, a driver must drive according to the state of the road and atmospheric conditions.
But in Thailand , thai people do not learn the Code of the Road, it's innate, it's from birth

Close the road and repair it!  Now!  ****in useless morons!

Geez...what is all the fuss about. Just snap of a couple of small tree branches and throw them on the road. Now the road is safe to drive.

Near Nong Nooch.  My address in Bang Saray was Changwat Sattahip.

I think most male Thai motorcyclists will see this as some kind of Evil Knievel type challenge - even with their taxi passenger clinging on !
