Reccommended Internet Speed Checker for Internet use in Thailand.

Featured Replies

What is the currently recommended speed checker that does not ask for some form of tracking/registration?

OOKLA also works without forcing registration or the like.

Big selection of servers, single or multithread testing.

Don't forget: these are abstract tests/dedicated test servers.

You might see 70 Mbit/s to some US server and still have problems to watch a 2k/4k video from some streaming service.

all show different speeds, all from the same location in Thailand + New York USA... all from the same router + PC

For me just in the last 10 mins:

TOT shows - 610 Mbps

test NY USA  - Error

testmy.net - 169 Mbps

test NY USA  - 58 Mbps

nperf.com -  253 Mbps

test NY USA  - 151 Mbps

http://speedtest.adslthailand.com - 559 Mbps

test NY USA  - 449 Mbps
