What city or province? What area of that city or province? If BKK the ASEAN summit is on.  Think about what you are posting.

the Market Village check points come and go all year long. Very normal. Same location both north and south.

it maybe unrelated but the police are looking for a escaped American and Thai wife, wanted for shooting, stabbing policeman, jail escape from Pattaya.

when some fool crossed the road at the mall and was crushed not paying attention was kind of a impetus of the point, now that folks use the overhead to the opposite side less attention needs to be placed on holding peoples hands..

What are you talking about? They are police checkpoints (tax, licences, helmets, etc), not pedestrian crossing attendants.... ????

Still checking pissss of innocent weed smokers ?

Innocent is an adjective applied to people who don't break the law.

smoking weed is illegal in Thailand.

Don't get me wrong though. I think the world would be better off if more government officials held more 'joint' sessions to discuss their differences. ????
