I am trying to book a room on their website but its not opening. I tried also on my smartphone and I cant open it as well. Cant even find their email address.

 

Is there something wrong with KV Mansion Hotel at this time?

I'm concerned about booking a room using other sites.

I just checked it for you. When I go there the website open as it should.

It seems to be geo-locked and not working from outside Thailand.

 

Opens OK from my default connection, times out from my Brunei VPN.

 

Opens fine from Singapore VPN

And London

And USA

And NZ

Opens with Thai IP.

Does not open with German VPN IP.

Indeed not connect with German/France/Italy VPN

oh that's really bad. I am currently In Vietnam. Will a reservation make on Booking.com work fine?  or better to just book another hotel?

Both Booking.com or Agoda.com should be fine.  Most people book using these sites.

This type of block is often accidental and not the fault of the site itself, hopefully they will realise and get their provider to fix.

 

I've sent them a message via their Contact Us page, up to them if they do anything.
