When sending money from my UK bank account it takes 3 days. Problems arise when UK bank holidays, problems get worse when they co-incide with Thai bank holidays - took near 10 days once due to all the holidays in the wrong place !!

I now always ensure my income for monthly showing is taken and sent from UK savings rather than waiting for a pension to come here. You only need those days lining up wrong and you could be in real trouble.

Mine went in today, 4 days late ????

Yes mine too.

My UK state pension was due to be paid into my UK bank account on 2nd January (every 4th Thursday is the usual payment cycle). Checked my account today and it was actually credited to my bank yesterday, 31st December.

Am happy to  use the UK payment route as never been late in the couple of years since payments started. Then arrange a TW transfer to Thailand. as needed.
