So they don't want people casually rubbing shoulders when shopping. But it's perfectly fine to cram masses of foreigners into an overcrowded Immigration Office?  If there's any logic or common sense t

  • Well, let's look at it from another perspective.   Are foreigners' health more important than Thai citizens' health?

  • Just going to cram even more people in to the airport offices. A great opportunity for the virus to really spread it's wings?

Why on earth would they do that?

They just built a new building that was running smooth.

Not everyone wants to have Internet Explorer as another virus trap on their computer.

As long as you don't visit some illegal sites, computer viruses don't enter easily. Even if they do, get an anti-virus program. Computer viruses are definitely less harmful than physical virus.

For those who would rather go to crowded immigration and potentially get the physical virus, it's all up to you.

For those who have the money to pay agents to do for them, it's also up to them.

For me, I've no problem with reporting online.

The reason was that the new building couldn't cope with the high number of foreigners there, probably due to the pandemic.

Thanks,

I was pretty impressed by their quick and easy system when you handed everything over and they gave you a number. Then you just waited and it came up on the screen.

It would be great if they could find a way to increase size of airport building. Maybe build a waiting room with TVs showing numbers being called.

When you have air pollution at the severity and the duration as it is in CM (since Dec)  no Thai gov official gives a rat’s ass about any person or living thing in CM...

much more of a health hazard than CV for CM residents....
