I would go to a private hospital if you were really concerned and wanted immediate care. Government hospitals right now are overrun and you would be in a waiting room for many hours, perhaps an entire day with people coughing, sneezing and jammed together. 

I agree with @tonray go to your nearest private hospital.

 

But the general advice is don't go anywhere unless you are in difficulty, most of us are supposed to shrug off the infection with minor (if any) symptoms.

 

First thing: Call any hospital you want to visit before you go there.

Don't make any trips which you can avoid - especially if you feel sick.
