What a scary photo of our illustrious PM! I hope this doesn't lead to one or both of them also ordering tank commanders to stand by for special duty. 2 2

Popular Post stephenterry Posted April 12, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 12, 2020 And how about the other main airports? I sure won't welcome hordes of Chinese polluting CNX. And while he's about it, replace the Chiang Mai governor to oversee the reformation and resolution of the fire-burning pollution epidemic - which at this point in time is more critical than minor outbreaks of coronavirus in CM. 7 1
Popular Post Thechook Posted April 12, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 12, 2020 This must be a 1st, the Thai Government telling the military what to do. Usually it's the military giving orders to the government. 3 3

jaiyen Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 Is this another step in the army taking command of civilian airports ?
irwinfc Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 he knows all too well that the military doesn't take orders from elected officials here. 1
generealty Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 Why would they even speak about this without an ulterior motive in mind ? 1

Proboscis Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 I think I can hear the horse neighing some way off as this is certainly a shutting of the door long after the occupant has bolted. There are no passengers arriving/departing from any airport in the Kingdom. So why do we need special army commandants for airports now? 1

Not sure about "stepping over" as more to the point of maybe dictating policy without the interference of someone who has repeatedly voiced his opinion without asking permission. Haven't heard from the overly verbose top green-man recently as a matter of fact. Da*n! Too bad eh?
