Phuket Governor

Governors are shuffled around every 18 months to 2 years and are appointed directly by the Thai Cabinet. There is speculation that some ministers in Bangkok had been unhappy with Phuket’s rising Covid-19 numbers and the handling of the island’s resources, and decided now would be a good time to make a change.

Look at all that c r a p on his jacket, even the queen of England just wears a nice frock and hat to go to the races.

Meager!

Compare with the beloved protector of the people (army chief).

A bit late to the show,  but he can claim cleaning up Phuket,  1 case detected yesterday, 0 the day before, and they are trying hard to find a boogeyman with a virus, proactive search, door to door search, suspects close to positive patient search, you name it, no sign of the damn thing - should have come in Feb, loads of sick people then, sent home by doctors with antibiotics...!

I guess that one of the mean reason for his transfer is his non actions regarding the water shortage.

Always denying any problem and when it is to late blaming others.

That was my thoughts as well.  He was the one who foolishly stated Phuket had enough reserves to get through the high season.

He later ordered in the Royal rain makers as a fix for the problem.
