1. You can remove the mask to put food in your mouth...

 

2. They are probably using this restriction to stop bars from calling themselves restaurants and having drunks who drool and spit when they talk.. 

It's bacause restaurants transform into bars, cheese sandwich and 14 Changs please.

I haven't heard yet that you get infected with Corona or anything by eating cheese sandwich and drinking Chang.
