I think the criteria will include phrase

"per head of population".

This is exactly what will happen. You will see "but they have only 0.00x% of their total population infected..."

“The topics to be discussed will include screening measures upon arrival, candidate selection criteria and preventive measures that must be implemented by both the host and visiting countries.”

Candidate selection criteria?

What does that mean?

I actually did those calculations yesterday (clearly bored) anyway I took 3 countries and just 2 measures. Total positive cases and total covid related deaths. Then change into per head of population.

Seems we wrong! China very safe for a bubble.

Having a joke....but nothing would surprise me

No different to the UK!

Big difference to the UK. When annoucements are made the Government usually specify dates or at least anticipated dates.

We knew two weeks ago that Thailand were working on a bubble system, todays annoucement told us absolutely nothing.

Professors are on the list. Means anyone holding a Professor degree is allowed to travel to Thailand ?

Are they automatically immune to the Chinese Virus coz of their title ?
