Sanook were asking "Was it an accident or was it murder?" after a man was found dead behind the wheel of a pick up by a large tree on the Cha-Am to Pranburi bypass heading south yesterday at 5.40pm .

Phithayuth,42, was reckoned to have been dead for six or seven hours.

He was wearing a blue sports top and long pants.

It was an Isuzu #8390 with Petchaburi plates. The vehicle, though next to a tree, was completely undamaged.

Phithayuth's face was smashed in. Both eyes and nose had suffered blunt force trauma and there was a cut under his chin.

There was a lot of blood on the footrest on the left side of the foot pedals.

In a purple bum bag worn by the victim the following items were found: One Kasikorn bankbook, one GSB bankbook, four driving licences and 1,800 baht.

There were fingerprints in blood on the OUTSIDE door handle of the passenger door. Police took photos of these and sent the body for autopsy.

They are examining CCTV on the route the vehicle took and investigating in the locality.

Sanook reported that the body was found near the Petchaburi animal feed research and development center.

An accident ? Blood on the outside of the car, no crash damage ? Definitely a suicide, to be filed next to the head in a plastic bag hanging off a Bankok bridge ????

Another Heart  attack , happens all the time , less paperwork for the Bib .

        Case closed ...

I know people who would kill with one.

Some even manage to do it without one .
