Exchange places.

Sorry if it's been ask recently but I couldn't find it. Are the exchange places still closed??? I do know they were before and you had to use banks to change cash, just wondering if they had opened up.

Many are open actually. Main TT on Buakhao nearly opposite Soi Chayaphum (Pothole) usually is, those in and around BigC-X too.

Actually, it was the banks that stopped doing exchanges months ago while the private companies (like TT Exchange) continued to operate. 

In early April my local bank branch wouldn't exchange foreign currency but were happy to direct me to a place at the corner of Pattaya Klang and #2 road that would. As Big C Extra was on the way, I stopped in there and did it no problem (at the TT Exchange booth).
