For me nothing just use Loreal Revitalift cream on my face at night and sometimes during the day. Her just some creams now but she did do a tweek to her nose when she was 26 that's it. That chest is all natural, no silicone.

I have been married 4 times plus in my youth had some live-in in between..... That is how 'I' remedied that problem....... Change is good for you when you and not enjoying them or pleasing them..... I called it my "Open Door Policy".... Finally I settled down with 'One' Thai wife in the USA and 'One' Mia-Noi in Pattaya -- BOTH for the past 25 years..... But 3 of the 4 'real-wives' were great women (Only exception was a greedy 'Patpong Bar Girl') and the Mia-Noi is terrific too....

For me I started running track in Jr. High so never smoked, drank alcohol , or used any drugs.  She used to drink some wine sometimes if went out with GF's but hasn't in a year or so. She also never smoked or did any drugs.  Neither of us are vegatarians but we eat more seafood, shrimp, fish, chicken than beef.

Looks will fade but a good woman will always be a good woman. I chose my wife for her intellect first, but she’s still a cutie and 17 years younger than me. 
I had an absolute princess of a gf when o first met her, one of the prettiest Thai girls I’d ever seen. But she she was a watermelon head and my wife made her look even dumber than she was in my eyes. My marriage just gets better with time
