Selling the car.

Featured Replies

My  wife(Thai) and I live in Perth Australia we want to sell her car in Khon Kean for ibvious reasons however she had been told that she cant sell it because she is not in Thailand.

Can anyone help me here please?

Download the documents needed to sell your car and sign them. Send them to a trusted family member and they can sell the car on your behalf. You do not need to be present.

Second thought, might be a problem as the owner needs to sign the green book.

Actually, she just told me its blue for cars ,geen for motor bike.

Yes, blue.

It is the only way.

Ask somebody to send the blue book to you for signing or somebody can forge the signature.

I just sold a car, I did not have to sign the bluebook.

Gave the buyer a signed power of attorney and signed transfer form.

I once sold a car in Thailand, registered in my name in the blue book, while out of the country. I was sent a form to sign and that was it but it was many years ago and I don't remember what form it was.

That would be the most difficult part of the job, IMO. ???? "Trusted" with fist full of cash. ????????Now I have a view????????????

Tell where I can pick up the keys, I will take it down to Pattaya and sell it there for you. I will send you the money immediately, I promise.
