Phangnga lockdown for covid?

Featured Replies

It appears Phangnga has been locked down again with the reason given “Covid”.

Coincidentally, Prayut and his team are in Phangnga today.

This letter from the Phangnga governor is being circulated in Phangnga this morning. It appears to be the real deal but I can not confirm.
Maybe someone else can confirm?

Nothing in any of the news sources. What is the date on the memo attached?

Dated 1st November but no lockdown unless you've come from state quarantine. According to the missus anyway.

There is currently no lockdown in Phangnga as we are driving on almost a daily basis between Phuket and the far end of Phangnga.

That guy is a bit of a special case, loves to be in the news I guess, every now and then he issues a lockdown, I remember he did it a couple of months ago ..! Funny enough everyone just ignores him...lol ????

it was the announced on the day Prayut and his team came to Phangnga. The anti government  protests had been becoming increasingly popular.

The next day it was forgotten. It appears to me it was just a sneaky way to control anti government protesters.
