Early assessment suggests US strikes didn’t destroy Iran’s nuclear sites
True. Tulsi is skating on extremely thin ice and there will be nothing coming from the U.S. intelligence community that contradicts Trump's claims if she can help it. -

Brown out Samui
khunPer. I know nothing about electrics. I looked that up, but isn't that for single phase? W-OP2 is a digital electronic instrument designed for AC voltage monitoring and protection in single phase system This dodgy electrical system here on the island has just cost me another THB17,000. Burnt out the circuit board on my induction hob, and cannot be fixed or replaced, so new hob needed. I will see if I can find one to be fitted behind the oven. Thanks. -

Accident Dangerous Devices: Explosions from Discarded Electronics Shock Lop Buri
Photo via Facebook/ ช่างเบีย ศรีเทพ รถยก รถสไลด์ In a troubling series of events, three residents have been injured by explosions linked to electrical appliances found in landfill sites. The incidents, previously thought accidental, now appear deliberate. The first explosion occurred in the Chon Mueang sub-district at the home of an 18-year-old and his grandmother, Pairin. After retrieving a cordless drill from a local rubbish area, they attempted to install batteries. Unfortunately, the device detonated, leaving the young man seriously injured—he lost several fingers and could lose his eyesight. Pairin sustained minor injuries. Just days before, a similar incident unfolded in the same community. A woman collected a seemingly brand-new headlamp from the roadside. Upon switching it on, it exploded, resulting in the loss of several fingers and causing extensive injuries. She remains hospitalised. Pairin quickly noted the parallels between the two incidents and urged local police to investigate. Officers from Ban Mi Police Station echoed her concerns and now suspect that the devices were deliberately rigged to explode. In response, an urgent investigation is underway. Authorities have warned the public against collecting any electrical items from landfill sites, stressing the potential dangers. The community is on high alert, with residents expressing anxiety about what might be discarded in their neighbourhoods. The police are committed to uncovering those responsible for these malicious acts, aiming to ensure such incidents do not happen again. As investigations continue, the community remains vigilant, hoping for swift justice and restored peace in their locality. Adapted by ASEAN Now from The Thaiger 2025-06-25
