I googled that same search a couple of weeks ago. Most that came back were Epson printers with Faxes. Although they also do models without.

In the end, I stuck with Canon as I have always used them. Most brands now offer printers with cartridges, or the more economical tanks  that one fills from bottles. That is for you to decide. I went with aCanon Fax, copy, scan, print model TS9570.

You can find many printers on Lazada,  but to be honest, anything like that, I always order from Invadeit. They are reliable with good customer service and I can recommend them.
