In a perfect world why can't we just do the election all over again with no mail in ballets except for those living over seas and the military, and nursing homes. Also hand ballets would add time but

I have been wondering, I must admit.

You can stop wondering as they have been decided, all dismissed.

Nothing has gone to trial. You're just not listening.

Because judges across the country found Trump's attorneys and the like never presented any credible evidence or proof of actual fraud/errors/wrongdoing (which was of course confirmed by the various post-election recounts). No proof, no evidence, nothing to be tried.

End of story. No interference by the U.S. Supreme Court. End of Trump's pathetic presidency.

I could care less who wins this election.

But - voting machines are not transparent, and elections need to be completely transparent.  You do not have transparency when a collection of propriety hardware and software are used in the election process.

Voting machines need to be 100% open-source and universally auditable as well as secure.  If they can't meet that criteria, then it's time to ditch voting machines and go back to paper ballots and manual counting.

Curiously, according to the article posted earlier in this thread, the few remaining U.S. states that don't have paper-trail voting technology mostly happen to be Republican states who voted for Trump, with the largest offender of not having paper-trail voting being TEXAS!

What if they are not conspiracy theories? ????????

I have no certainty, but many many doubts.

If you day you have evidence and fail 60 times, yet still believe it then safe to say conspiracy theory.

After 60 failures all doubt should be gone.

True. Totally agree with you, but there is a giant doubt in my mind:
how could Mr.Biden get over 10 million more votes than Mr.Obama?????

Actually Biden got more votes than any candidates in history. Just show how much more voters want Trump out of the office. He is simply a repulsive, obnoxious, corrupt and uneducated person that lacks leadership, statesmanship, decency and morality that voters turned up in droves to vote him out of office.

I would be more worried about how Trump got as many votes as he did.

Not proceeded to a trial because not even an indication of  verifiable evidence was offered. Courts/Judges are privy to supporting  evidence as a basis of accepting a case.

Here-say and  vexatious applications don't  make it !

Because  there were 28.6 million more voters in this election

than in 2012..... and believe it or not this election only accounted for roughly 66.7% of  all registered voters in America.  The margin could have been a lot higher.  If everyone voted,     Biden would have easily broken the 100 million mark and Tromp might have gotten 90, million

Plus the population is higher and more eligible voters reached the legal age to vote in the last 8 years.

2020    66.7% of all possible voters total votes   155,485,614

Biden 81,268,867       Trump  74,216,747

2012     54.9% of all possible voters   total votes 126,849,339

Obama 65915795      Romney 60933544

28,636,275  million more voters cast their ballots

Probably not so safe to say that in Alabama.

That about sums up the president and his cult members.  Say or do something they don't agree with, and it's met with violence.

Trump.   The great divider.

Thanks, my comment referred more to the quality of the voters.

He provides their hate with shelter, blankets and warm milk... Before he showed up they were out in the cold. The reason they are fighting this thing so hard is because they don't have anywhere else to go.

More than 80 million followers on twitter   eating out of his hand like pigeons in a park. No self respect, no self reliance, just blind allegiance.

Not really. I'm not a Democrat. But don't see the level of lies and bs coming from them that I see from the GOP. No comparison.

To have a full blown trial there has to be evidence. The evidence has to be submitted  to the court, and the prosecution, those alleging the offence, have to prove - by the evidence, that the allegations are true.

They are unable to provide any evidence (uncorroborated affidavits are not sufficient), without evidence there can be no trial; that is why these allegations are being so regularly and inevitably dismissed by the courts.

Sorry, but you are the one not listening!

I've been there - briefly. My overwhelming impression was that this is what happens after 7 generations marry their cousins!

Who are all in what together? Are you referring to Biden, the electoral system, and the courts, affirming democracy, or Trump, Kushner, Barr and Giuliani, trying to tear it down?

Did trump end up attending his own xmas party or did he spend the nite sulking in his room.

Let's try this one more time:

People didn't vote FOR Joe, they voted AGAINST 45.

Joe won. 45 lost. Get over it.

Well, it's clear that the mascot of Trump supporters should be the lemming. Whereas Biden supporters were as reluctant to attend superspreader events as Biden was to host them.

Quite a rapid judgement for someone who was there for such a short time.

I'm listening to everything I can. But look at this headline for instance: if there are indeed conspiracies, why should anyone care if it hurts a single company? Is the potential damage to the USA not far more important?

Rather than vexing yourself over the potential damage to the USA that some non existent conspiracy could cause, if you cared one iota for the USA you would be deeply concerned by the real damage and division that 45's lies are creating.

What's even more amazing is that it is a county that Trump won!

Well that is the game right....dont look at the substance....just look at the sensational title of the article and make up your mind from that...the fact that the Country in question, Trump actually won, that doesnt help the "Trump Got Screwed" narrative, does it?

Well I am concerned about possible damage from any conspiracy, as I said. But my point is that this company seems to be more concerned about itself than its client.
