Featured Replies

So Chiang Mai police is buying new helmets for their personnel?

The ones they currently use are not recommended according to them.

The police motorcycle helmets are about as useful as this guys "pot" anyway:

  • so that means the police will also have to upgrade their own gold/black beanies too ?

  • Looking at the poster displayed it looks like they tell you to wear a helmet and a mask. And the little policeman in the corner is wearing what kind of helmet?555

There have been pregnancies reported when too many people crowd onto a motorcycle.

I wear an open face helmet. I wear glasses and an open face helmet is a lot easier to use with glasses than a full face helmet.

It's not perfect but it does the job.

My girlfriend had a similar helmet. She didn't like it because it is heavy (according to her). Now she uses one of those 200B "helmets". Do I like it? No? Is she protected? Very little. So why do I accept it? It's still better than wearing no helmet at all. And after all, TiT.

SCREW HELMETS!

Don't tell me you care abt my safety. HA!!

Who's done a study to show that accidents aren't MORE likely if you're wearing a hot, uncomfortable, vision limiting helmet.

If you don't have insurance or money to pay for your open brain surgery you're screwed anyway, (unlike the USA or western nations where you'll be -or used to be - treated regardless) so it should be "up to me"

Stop being such mindless authority lovers!
