I'm looking to purchase Honda Zoomer X the latest model. Would the Honda dealer in Bangkok be the best place to go too for a good price or better in the country?
 
What about insurance?

I believe when buying new, the best place is the nearest dealer. Then they will look after you for service/maintenance etc..
