The shop manual will have a min dimension for belt width.

Remove the belt cover and measure

Belt width didn't seem to be a factor, just had it changed, can see cracking both sides but not deep, that's 27k, belt + clips 600 baht. Mityon tried to quote 1700 for belt and sprockets

When i go for an oil change the guy usually says 1 or 2, I say 1 and he just changes the engine oil as I expected. Today i go to a different place and a guy with better English says 1 or 2, Engine oil and transmission oil, this time i go for 2. I can't see this in the Click service book, can anyone explain what this is?

It is actually gear oil for the final drive, where the driven pulley rides.

Rear of the belt drive cover, drain plug on the bottom, fill plug on the top.

Perfect. How often does that need changing?

Since scooter gear oil is not exposed to high heats

as engine oil is,

it doesn't break down nor evaporate

nearly as fast.

Every few years or

30-40Kkm should be fine.

But its real cheap so ...

following manufacturer's recommendations be cool.

Exactly this, I just replaced mine it had been nearly 2 years and the oil that came out was still a little clear, Nowhere near as black as the normal oil that is changed monthly.
