I am looking for an English Huawei HG8245W5 User Guide. In particular guidelines on changing WiFi password and setting up a guest account.

Google isn't of much help nor is 'Huawei e.support at huawei dot com' and 3BB provide only an abridged Thai version.

You'll need the username and PW to access the router, the ISP installers should have given these to you, and hopefullly changed the default PW.

WiFI passwords are under Basic Setup, WLAN, then choose either the 2.4 or 5 GHz networks.

 

In this section you can add three more (total of four) SSIDs per 2.4 or 5 GHZ network.
