PS and Off Topic - tried looking for the forum support desk to give some feedback and couldn't find it, maybe a moderator would be so kind to feed this back to developers.................

 

The grey text on the off white background is very difficult to read - slightly darker text or a different font would be a dramatic improvement

   Why don't you start a new topic in a suitable forum where the site designers may see it and respond ?

Not to derail the topic, but are you behind a PC or on a phone / tablet. Plus if your using a PC at what resolutions. I am using a PC at 4k resolution with a 32 inch or 43 inch screen and its really clear. Could it be that the forum starts catering more to higher specs computers. Its a trend that i seen that forums get upgrades aimed at the higher specs PC's.

 

There are options to change things yourself though.

I use an RSS reader to browse through the new posts. Much faster, much easier to read.

What the heck has support desk to do in the 5th level and level 2 and 3 Thailand specific.

Intuitive to the max. or keep these nagging farts off?

For a commercial product you would be beaten by the customers.

And this "Support" button on top, same level as "Brunei" leads you to the forum rules.
