Little off topic. Has anyone noticed steady increase in Vietnam cases.

Are they planning lockdowns in Saigon etc.

I've been told by a friend with family there that Vietnam is effectively in lock down already. Vaccines being prioritised on young as they contribute to economy more. They are leaving the vulnerable/old to their own fate.

A bit like Thailand's prioritising of the young.

Pretty much what Thailand did by vaccinating as many as possible in Phuket and  prioritizing workers, ahead of the sick and elderly.
