A few traffic light street vendors sell them at some busier cross roads in Hang Dong. 50 baht for a handful of leaves. Anyway, the stuff as prepared as tea (leaves in the blender & filter) gives you a gentle energy boost (too much may make you drowsy). I don't get the fuss. If this was illegal, you can as well ban coffee and those dirty energy drinks...
