And there was me thinking that standing on your principles doesn't keep you in a job, nor does it feed your family, pay your mortgage or pay your bills. Especially at this time when companies are laying off or putting staff on a furlough.

Now if you were able and willing to support him and his family financially until he could get a similar or better job, then principles are fine. However if the new job would require that he be vaccinated then he is screwed yet again.

Not really. Common sense 101. Think about real life rather than "principles" as he has done.

You didn't read his reply to me did you.

To put it bluntly so you can understand, If you have death wish, come to Thailand and don't get vaccinated, your wish will likely to come true sooner than you think, to put it bluntly...

I for one hope you cant live here. Get vaccinated unless you have a serious medical reason not too.

How do you know it is the wrong conclusion?

I have been reading up on this and other websites and came to the conclusion 3 months ago that I would like to be vaccinated. On 10tyh September I got my first Pfizer jab and go ack on the 4th October for my second.

TBH I get bored with the anti vaccers crying doom and gloom. I am 77 and I have had a great life. If vaccination keeps me alive for a few years longer, then those are bonus years.

I get fed up with people glorifying the jab.

"Nearly 80 percent of eligible Israelis ages 12 and up have received their COVID injection.  Mass media outlets gloated over Israel for having “one of the swiftest vaccine rollouts in the world,” according to the Associated Press. And yet the Israel COVID picture looks increasingly grim.
"New data from Oxford University reveals that Israel has the highest number of COVID-19 cases per capita."
A snippet of news received today.
And there is plenty more along these lines; if you consult the experts in virology, public health, etc whose voices have been silenced in the mass-media and whose statements have been met not by counter-arguments but by ad hominem attacks.
For example, one has until midnight U.S. Eastern Time to listen, free of charge, to some interviews here:

And I posted this link to Facebook today (not yet taken down):

I understand that this will cause many here to vomit.
But vomiting can be cathartic.

Thanks for the links.

I think vaxxers have a death wish. As I wrote in other threads; when opting for a new car, would you go for a car that has the doubtful reputation of exploding during driving if even 1 in a million cases?

how do you plan to identify those that are vaxxed vs unvaxxed

You'll need to show proof of vaccine to dine at most restaurants in Bangkok beginning October 1st.

That will also be rolled out to the provinces opening including Hua Hin.

Basically its get vaccinated or learn how to cook.

Hello,

I'm a retired American under the age of 50 and wondering if it would be possible to live long term in Thailand without the vaccine?

To be frank, I'll eat lead bullets before I take the vaccine.

Will I be able to get visa's and stay in Thailand without it?

I don't care if I can't work or go to restaurants.

I just want to be able to live and be left alone and have my visas be good.

Is it possible?

No one knows what the future holds. In Thailand many people and evidently most TV members still believe and trust the new gods of vaccination...

In other countries around the world, some of which have high rate of vaccinating and still increasing numbers of hospitalised vaxed patients, people start realising vax is not the answer and not at all as was promised as far as high % protection from getting infected, higher % protection of being hospitalised in hard condition and 100% protection from death due to Covid. In Australia and in Europe many go out to the streets to protest against the vaccination and vax passports. I hope many in Thailand will come to the same conclusion

Another new bottle for the stale old "to vax or not to vax" vine...actually beyond sale date vinegar by now. Sadly, this forum has begun to reek of this kind of odor of late.

I'm surprised that this post was allowed to stand. At best, it's misinformation, and at worst, a threat.

The OP is under 50:

656590782_ProbabilityofsurvivalaftercovidinfectionUSA.png.ace1a80c5592cfac35a682975ea2dc19.png

According to the CDC, this fellow most likely has -- IF he even contracts the illness -- a 99.7% survival rate. "Death wish" indeed...

Posts that keep the fear porn alive and kicking are part of the reason we are still living like lab rats.

Based on faulty data, as they admit. Many deaths and cases were not reported or counted properly. Refer to Florida's recent changes.

Like a fast food outlet that proposes "new/improved" menu every week, the forum needs "fresh meat" to feed the hungry animals. Unfortunately the only meat left in the freezer is from the compartment labeled "to vax or not to vax" - inside is mostly rotting carcass and bones.

So chew on, children. Sad.

Garbage fed to you on the Internet, then you come in here  and (to use your terminology) ‘vomit’ it on is.

I doubt very much that it is possible for you to live anywhere without being vaccinated, but it is very probable for you to die wherever you decide to stay.

Last Friday In watched a news report from a Covid 19 ventilator ward in the UK.  Some of the staff there were working 14 hour shifts trying to keep their patients alive. I believe there were 15 patients on the ward and the doctor got his chart and showed the reporter - all but one were unvaccinated.

A made up report? Part of the 'Great Reset'?

I'd love the chance to put you in a room with some of these brave doctors and nurses, people that risk their lives everyday trying to keep the rest of us alive. Some of them have sadly lost their own lives...
