hi

It there any company in Thailand that does adaptation for a car, since a am handicapped.

Change the gas pedal from right to left (automate ).

The steering-wheel has to be changed to , everything on the left side.

Why would you want the steering wheel on the left ?

As for accelerator and brake , if it is an automatic car you can get a single control that is a push/pull system. Pulling the lever which is usually positioned near ignition area on either side accelerates and pulling it brakes. You can also buy single levers that do only one of these functions if you have use of one leg to work one of the pedals.

Autos always driven using only one leg - OP has his reasons I suppose for the pedal swap around (sounds like his right side is disabled)

Steering wheel - I read that as the steering column controls/switches all to be on the left

OP message me if you can't find anything..., My wife had a stroke 17 yrs ago. Right side bad.. We retired in Thailand while back. She had a car in Houston fitted with left footed gas pedal, I sold car but kept the gas pedal. This is anodized aluminum stainless base/sub base stainless shaft, sealed bearings. Bolts to floorboard and plate covers the OEM gas pedal so bad leg/foot can't get to it.

Assembly pops out (10 seconds) so can be used normally by anyone else.  I bought her a small Lexus in 2008 because..it had auto wipers, when it rains they come on, Keyless entry and auto headlights.. Also had the knob on steering wheel but thats on our current car and not going.  The left foot gas pedal though is looking for a good home. Freedom Wheels in Houston TX did all sorts of crazy stuff, I saw quadriplegic in a custom 3/4 ton 4 x 4 van. He only had use of one hand and drove everywhere.

i am sorry this wasn't clear on my original post.

There is a steering knob that has all the horn, indicators etc built in . It wasn’t cheap though as far as I remember.
Look up gosling hand controls in the uk , they might be able to help you and ship whatever needed out .

For this case, wouldn't it be easier to import a car (used perhaps) that was originally built with left-side steering & controls?

LHD cars not allowed on the road in Thailand. The gas pedal would still be on the right.

OP be aware many car footwells will not have sufficent room to fit a gas pedal to the left of the brake. A hand operated throttle would probably be a simpler option.

(I have fitted several sets of dual controls to driving school cars).
