Pattaya Airport bus, book in advance?

Featured Replies

I'm looking to take the bus from Pattaya to BKK Airport: https://airportpattayabus.com/from-pattaya/

I think this is the station in the same lot as Foodmart Jomtien.

Can I just show up at 9am, 12pm or 4pm? Or must I reserve online? I would prefer not to reserve as I'm not sure which time I will need.

In these uncertain times, I would definitely ask the bus carrier instead of relying on possible misinformation here.

I read elsewhere someone visited the Jomtien office and it was closed.

Yup, closed. I and another poster did a separate test bookings on the site and were rejected.

Okay, Nua bus terminal to Ekkamai it is then. I guess from there a mototaxi to BKK Airport.

Anyone know if the Nua bus terminal is also cutting service?

Also, any issues with travel between these two provinces (Chon Buri to BKK)?

Is that Swampy or Don Muang?

If the bus still goes to Morchit it's a shorter taxi ride to Don Mueang.

If going to Swampy, Bell bus service appears to still be operating. Booking used to be required and I suppose still is.

Bell hasn't been operating for quite a while.

From Ekkamai take Grab/Bolt/taxi/moto to Rhamkhamheng Airport Rail Link station (about 3km). Four stops to basement of Suvarnabhumi

If you really want to save money, take BTS walkway to other side of Sukhumvit and use exit 3 to street.  Walk with traffic to the 7/11 BMTA bus stop.  Take either the 40, 71 or 501 bus.  Drops close to airport rail link station.

Not very obviously as I didn't see that. Perhaps I was looking at a different web site. Lots of different sites for most things these days.

They were talking about opening services from Hua Hin and nothing about not operating that I saw.
