It ain't quite prison if you volunteer for it..

if you think losing the weight is hard - - that ain't nothing compared to keeping it off... 95% of people who lose weight gain it back and usually more..

Our daughter gained weight unfortunately.

She gets a lot more exercise attending school.

Its the whole routine.

Wake up at 5:30 am come home around 500 PM.

Not enough time to eat my snacks I have hidden around our house.

Moral of the story if you’re stuck in a box for two weeks stick to one meal a day and not order food panda on top of hotel slop for boredom.

I did 6 days quarantine at the Gatwick Holiday Inn and that did increase the waistline somewhat but lost a lot of it last week in ALQ in Pattaya, food was garbage and ended up in it.

What's a "Stone"?

Something between a rock and a hard place!

Scientifically it is 14lbs and the preferred unit of measure to weigh people in the United Kingdom

I didn't need a quarantine to gain weight during the Covid-period, perhaps it's an unknown side effect caused by the pandemic...????
