An intoxicated driver has sustained injuries after he crashed his motorbike into three vehicles in Phan Thong.

 

The Phan Thong Police were notified of the accident Sunday (October 24th) at 4:00 P.M. in front of a market on Phan Thong – Baan Gao Road.

 

Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find a damaged motorbike on the road. The intoxicated driver, Mr. Pipoppat Chimboon, 39, had sustained head injuries. He was taken to a local hospital.

So how does insurance go when you have an accident pisshed up ? They should make these drunken drivers pay full hospital costs for their treatment.

Most of them don't have insurance.... if they do it is only the compulsory CTPL..... which only covers hospital costs for 3rd party.
